When you submit a reservation, you provide: your name, phone number, date and time of your visit, party size and optional notes. We process this data solely to handle your table reservation and to contact you (by phone or SMS) — the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request). We keep the data for no longer than 12 months after your visit.
The data may only be accessed by processors acting on our behalf: our hosting provider and the SMS gateway operator (reservation status notifications). We never sell or share your data with anyone else.
When the page loads, your browser fetches fonts from Google Fonts servers and the map from OpenStreetMap servers — these providers then receive your IP address as part of standard request handling. We do not pass them any other data.
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict its processing, data portability and to object — write to kontakt@lolamontezpub.pl. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
